SPECIAL NEEDS DRINKS
- Special/personal drinks are for the Marathon Event only.
- Drinks must be in sealed, leak proof containers, no taller than 21cm and clearly marked with your name/race number and the relevant aid station where it is to be placed at
- Special needs can be placed at the 17.35km, 27.95km and 38.45km aid stations.
- Special needs drinks are to be left in the designated aid station tub at registration by no later than 2pm Saturday 6 April 2023
- It is your responsibility to find your own special needs bottle at each designated aid station
- Dispose of bottles in waste bins - please do not litter the course
- Unclaimed drinks will be disposed of

- All prize money and incentives are subject to a deduction of Australian income tax for those who are not an Australian resident
- Prize money is subject to meeting any doping control measures in place
AGE GROUP PRIZE
Winners in each category will be awarded with a 1st place Age Group medal. Age group medals are awarded to first place in each category only and will be mailed out after event weekend
ATLAS MAJORS MEDAL
When you complete a marathon (42.2km) at all of Atlas Event's major running festivals (Hobart, Brisbane, Cairns and Sunshine Coast), you join an exclusive club and are eligible to receive a special medallion to celebrate your achievement. Once you have completed all four marathons you can apply for your Atlas Majors Medal.
