*Please Note:

Parents not entered in another event must register and pay an entry fee entry to run with their child.
Parents already entered in another event do not need to register and pay an additional entry to run with their child. Please leave your race bib on to show you had already entered another distance. You will not receive a registered time or a place in the distance but your registered child will.
Late entries may be available to purchase at the event precinct on Saturday 5th April 2025. Please note that late entries are subject to availability as it is likely distances will sell out prior to these dates.
Processing fees apply to all entries and are displayed at time of checkout. Processing fees vary for each distance.

NAME ON BIBS

You can enter a "custom" name to be printed on your bib but you must select this at the time you enter and prior to midnight 24th February 2025. After this time your Bib will have a Number only.

BIB AND MERCHANDISE COLLECTION

BIB MAIL OUT OPTION

Your race bib can be mailed to you. Just select the Bib Postage option during Registration. Only your Bib is mailed to you - no free Merchandise or pre-purchased Merchandise is mailed with the Bib.

If you forgot to choose Bib Postage at the time you entered you still can via myevents.active.com. But you must purchase Bib Postage prior to midnight Monday 24th Feb 2025. You cannot purchase Bib postage after this date. The steps are:

Go to myevents.active.com and login.
Find our event and select Purchase Merchandise.
You will be able to add Bib Postage to your entry. The fee to mail out your Bib is $12.

Important to note:

- If you purchased bib postage we will mail the Bib in the week prior to the event and you will receive your bib in the mail on or before Thursday 3rd April 2025.
- If you have not received your bib by Thursday 3rd April 2025 please come to see us at the Transfer Desk at Registration on Saturday 5th April 2025.
- Please note bib postage is offered up until midnight on Monday 24th February 2025. After that time we cannot offer to post your Bib to you and you must collect your Bib on Saturday 5th April 2025 from the Registration Desk at the Race Precinct at PW1.
- Please note bibs will only be mailed to Australian addresses.
- Please also note that ONLY the Bib is mailed to you, no merchandise is mailed with the Bib. Merchandise must be picked up on Saturday 5th April from Registration or on Sunday 6th April from our Merch Expo store.

Strictly no bib collections on race day.

BIB COLLECTION OPTION

If you do not opt to have your race bib mailed to you, it must be collected from Registration at Event Precinct prior to race day.

Please have your registration confirmation email with QR code or ID ready when collecting your bib.
You can have someone collect you bib on your behalf with a copy of your registration confirmation email.

Strictly no bib collections on race day.

PRE-PURCHASED MERCHANDISE

Pre-purchased merchandise will be available for collection from the Merchandise Store at the times below:

Saturday 5 April, 9:00am – 4:00pm
Sunday 6 April, 6:00am – 12:00pm

Merchandise must be collected at the event. No merchandise will be mailed out prior to or after race day.
